Hello, I am Zhang Jingchun.
I am a senior technology leader (CTO/CIO) with over 25 years of experience, maintaining a pure passion for technology throughout my career. I started as a programmer, moving from front-line development to technology management, from large internet companies (like Tencent and 56.com) to startups, from Technical Director to CTO/CIO. My roles have changed, but my original aspiration for technology-driven business innovation and solving complex problems remains unchanged.
Career and Technical Experience
Throughout my 26-year professional journey, I have engaged in multiple fields, accumulating comprehensive technical and management experience:
- Large-scale System Architecture and Development: I have led or participated in designing complex systems serving billions of users, including CDN systems, distributed storage, real-time video communication, smart city IoT platforms, and AI-enabled platforms. My technology stack covers everything from low-level C/C++ and Linux kernels to backend Java/Go/PHP, and frontend and mobile technologies.
- Technical Team Management: I have over 12 years of technology management experience, successfully building and leading cross-functional technical teams of over 50 people (development, testing, operations, product), establishing efficient R&D processes and quality control systems. I firmly believe that a technology leader’s responsibility is to inspire team potential, rationally allocate resources, and tackle challenges together.
- Cross-domain Business Practice: My experience spans social media, digital content, e-commerce, smart cities, AIoT, and enterprise services. Whether as an entrepreneur exploring AI applications in cross-border e-commerce or driving the adoption of Power鸿蒙 (OpenHarmony) ecosystems in enterprises, I enjoy combining technology with specific business scenarios to create practical value.
Future Exploration: AI and Healthcare
After witnessing technology waves reshape numerous industries, I am now focusing my attention on a field closer to everyone: Healthcare.
I firmly believe that information technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI), holds tremendous potential for improving human health. My primary future focus areas are:
- Inclusive Healthcare: Exploring how to use AI technology to provide more convenient and personalized health management tools and services for ordinary people.
- Chronic Disease Care: Focusing on AI applications in chronic diseases (especially diabetes), including:
- Early Prevention: Building early risk prediction models through data analysis and pattern recognition.
- Process Intervention and Management: Developing intelligent decision support systems to provide patients with personalized diet, exercise, and medication recommendations.
- Recovery Care: Using wearable devices and IoT technology to achieve continuous monitoring and intelligent feedback on patient vital signs, assisting the recovery process.
My goal is to apply my past experience in system engineering, big data, and AI engineering to this challenging and socially valuable field, using the power of technology to help people better manage their health and improve their quality of life.
